Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable — But your deposit is good for any rental over the next year!

Cancellation / Refunds:

Note: We will deliver rain or shine permitted there is not a severe thunderstorm or severe winds at the time of set up.

If you cancel due to weather, or for any reason, at least 48 hours before the unit is scheduled to be delivered, you will be able to use 100% of your deposit that you paid towards credit for any future rental up to one year!

Note: We do not issue refunds.
