Our Reviews
See What Our Customers
Have to Say
We’re incredibly proud—and honestly a little humbled—by the amazing support we've received from our customers over the years. With over 285 five-star reviews on Google, it’s clear that what we’re doing is making a difference. And that means the world to us.
When we read through the kind words folks have shared, a few themes come up again and again—our professionalism, our timeliness, how clean and safe our equipment is, and how easy we are to work with. Parents tell us how excited their kids were. Event organizers mention how relieved they felt knowing they could count on us. Some even say their party wouldn't have been the same without us. That kind of feedback? It’s not just appreciated—it fuels us.
We don’t take a single review for granted. Every single one is a reminder of why we do what we do. We’re not just setting up bounce houses—we’re helping families and communities create unforgettable memories. And knowing that our customers notice the effort, and go out of their way to say something kind about it, is the greatest reward we could ask for.
From the bottom of our hearts—thank you, Pittsburgh, for trusting us, cheering us on, and helping us grow into one of the top-rated party rental companies in the region. We’ll keep showing up, doing our best, and bringing the fun… every single time.
