How far in advance should I book?

Weekends and peak dates book quickly. As soon as you have your event date, reserve to lock in the best selection and delivery window.

What happens if it rains?

We still deliver in many weather conditions. If you need to cancel, we ask for a day or two of notice. Your deposit is credited for any event within the next year.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured, and we follow safety guidelines for setup and operation so you can book with confidence.

Do you deliver to parks?

Yes, as long as the park allows rentals and you have the proper reservation. If a permit or proof of insurance is needed, tell us ahead of time.

How long does setup take?

Most setups are quick. Timing varies by item and location, but we arrive with a plan so your rental is ready before guests start arriving.
